Our normal delivery timings are from 10 am to 8 pm.
On special occassions like Eid, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day etc our deliveries start as early as 8 am and can go on till 11 pm.
We do our best to deliver fresh and quality gifts. If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product, launch a complain within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will investigate into the issue and will arrange a re-delivery of the item. No claims will be entertained thereafter. In anycase, when launching a complaint thru email or phone, please refrain from using foul language.
No Refund can be issued for failed delivery arising due to: invalid address, no response at the receiver address, or if the receiver denies to take the delivery.
If you order more than one gift item, there is a possibility that both gifts may reach the receiver at different times on the delivery date. This is because we use different delivery networks depending on the item and route. However all gifts are ensured to reach the receiver on your specified delivery date.
All gifts are wrapped and delivered along with a greeting card and will carry a line saying : “Thru the courtesy of Gift Shift Online”
